For me, bc rumination and insomnia were big problems for me, this alone translated into a MAJOR increase in quality-of-life for me.

Cymbalta was a horrible experience, however, Strattera is amazing! They are both SSRI type drugs, and although Strattera doesn't have migraine treatment as a labeled use (none of the antidepressants do, do they?) it has worked wonders for me.
