I think it's a compatibility issue with most Reolink 8MP camera streams. As far as the camera's settings, I've seen everyone online recommend i-frame intervals be set to 1 per frame (1x). I can see that it has an IP address. In Blue Iris, I am able to "Find/Inspect" the camera at the listed IP Address (interestingly, it comes up as an IPC camera...). This is via the RTSP stream that my CloudKey (Ubiquiti recording device) provides.
